SHIPPING POLICIES
All mailed Tintypes, Ambrotypes, Original Works, Prints and Portals are shipped with tracking included, however, once they leave my hands I am not responsible for lost mail or mail sent to the wrong address. If you would like to insure your package or request signature confirmation please let me know. Please be aware there will be an added fee.
I am not responsible for mail lost or stolen once it leaves my care, please use secure/safe shipping addresses and request signature confirmation/extra insurance if you need to. Thank you for your support and understanding!
CANCELATION POLICIES
Please provide 72 hours advance notice of cancelation or rescheduling appointments. In cases where you are unable to make their appointment within the 72 hour period - clients may reschedule at a later date. We understand emergencies & life happen, however, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the appointment cost if appointments are canceled, rescheduled or not notified during the 72 hr time period, especially in the event of no call/no shows. No calls/no shows will not be able to book sessions in the future. This also applies to event/pop-up cancelations. You will be considered a no show if you are late to your appointment by 15 minutes or more without making contact.
✷ By scheduling your session you understand that there is a 25% non-refundable deposit. This deposit is included in pricing for each session when booking. This deposit will not be refunded in cases of cancelation. ✷
Please note you may only reschedule sessions a maximum of two times.
By scheduling an appointment and clicking that yes you have read through the FAQ page, you are agreeing to those terms and entering a contractual obligation to adhere to the policies and protocols. If you dispute these charges or challenge these policies after your cancellation, no-call no-show or even after coming to your appointment please be aware you will be banned from booking and legal action will be taken since this is theft.
I reserve the right to end our session at any point in time. Service may be denied to any guest who acts inappropriately by disrupting the normal provision of services, or if a guest's behavior or environment threatens the safety of employees, volunteers, or guest families.
